Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of the Application to ensure that you engage lawfully, ethically, and responsibly. By accessing or using the Application, you agree to comply with this AUP, which forms part of the Terms and Conditions of Service. Any terms that are not defined herein are as per definitions of Terms and Conditions of Service.

1. Prohibited Activities

You should not engage in any of the following activities when using the Application:

1.1. Unlawful or Harmful Activities

• Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Submitting, generating, or distributing content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Promoting or creating a risk of physical or mental harm, emotional distress, death, disability, or disfigurement to any person or animal.
• Seeking harm, exploit, or endangering children in any manner.
• Inciting, promoting, or supporting hostility, violence, or discrimination based on race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, ancestry, or national origin.
• Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices.
• Using the Application for phishing, spamming, or unauthorized advertising.
• Threatening or undermining democratic processes or institutions.

1.2. Intellectual Property Violations

• Infringing upon copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights of the Application or third parties.
• Reselling or sublicensing Application-generated templates, content, or proprietary materials without authorization.

1.3. Security Violations

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Application, accounts, or networks.
• Uploading or distributing malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt or damage systems.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or interfering with the Application's security measures.

1.4. Data Privacy and Misuse

• Collecting, storing, or sharing personal or confidential information without proper authorization.
• Using the Application to generate or distribute documents that violate data protection laws, including but not limited to GDPR, CCPA, or applicable national regulations.
• Misrepresenting identities or falsely attributing content to others.
• Disseminating false, deceptive, or misleading information or otherwise endorsing, encouraging, or facilitating the spread of false information.
• You must not upload special categories of personal data (e.g., health data, political opinions, biometric data) unless lawful grounds and explicit consents are obtained in accordance with applicable Data Protection Laws.

1.5. Prohibited Content

You should not upload, create, or distribute content that:

• Promotes or incites discrimination, hatred, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, ancestry, or national origin.
• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or links to such material.
• Promotes or involves the sale of illegal goods or services.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Ensure that content created, stored, or distributed via the Application complies with all applicable laws and this AUP.
• Be responsible for verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of documents generated using the Application.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
• Report any security vulnerabilities or violations immediately to privacy@perfectdoc.studio.

3. Rights and Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

• Investigate any suspected violations of this AUP.
• Remove or restrict access to any content that violates this policy.
• Suspend or terminate Accounts found in violation of this AUP or the Terms and Conditions of Service.
• Report unlawful activities to law enforcement authorities.
• Permanently or temporarily suspend access to the Application if you are found violating this policy.

4. Indemnification

You shall indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, damages, or penalties arising from your misuse of personal data or violation of applicable data protection laws in your use of the Application.

5. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify this AUP at any time. You will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
